บทคัดย่อ
A revised and refreshed resource, published by the Commission, sees employers and employees armed with answers to the important pre-employment questions they may have. Each year, the Human Rights Commission receives hundreds of enquires and complaints on a range of topics. A large number of these enquiries and complaints concern pre-employment issues such as job advertising, job applications, interviews and job selection processes. To help answer a number of these frequently asked questions, the Commission has recently updated and refreshed the A - Z Pre Employment Guide for Employers and Employees. The guide has been updated to help employers, recruiters and job seekers who want to comply with the Human Rights Act 1993 and want to ensure equality and fairness for all job applicants regardless of characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, age, disability and religion.
