Proceedings of the fourth Regional Human Rights Defenders Forum held in Manila on 2 to 4 December 2010. The forum was a platform for exchange of strategies and ideas among human rights defenders (HRDs) and women HRDs in Asia; and an opportunity to directly engage with the UN Special Rapporteur on HRDs. The Forum was co-organised with Task Force Detainees Philippines (TFDP), as convenor of FORUM-ASIA members in the Philippines, and the Women Human Rights Defenders International Coalition (WHRD-IC).
