Using the services of the Human Rights Information Center You can use the service without having to sign up for membership. Users must apply for membership when wanting to borrow information resources from the Human Rights Information Center.

There are 2 types of information center members: Members include:e
  • A. Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission and the National Human Rights Commission
  • B. Advisor to the National Human Rights Commission
  • C. Secretary and Assistant Secretary to the Chairman and National Human Rights Commission
  • D. Expert
  • E. Subcommittee
  • F. Civil servants, government employees and employees of the office.
  • G. Former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission and National Human Rights Commission member and former government officials
  • H. Any other person working in the office.
Associate members include:
  • A. Third parties who apply for membership
  • B. Organizations or agencies that have an agreement with the information center

  • Those wishing to apply for membership in the Human Rights Information Center Please contact to apply for membership in person at the Human Rights Information Center.   • B. Organizations or agencies that have agreements between information centers Submit your intention to apply for membership with the following evidence.
  • - Display the interlibrary loan form from the organization or agency.
  • - Fill out the information center membership application form
The Information Center will issue an Information Center member code.
  • 3. Issuance of membership card
  • The Information Center will issue a membership code and membership card for the Human Rights Information Center along with a manual for using the service. To use the service through the automatic information resource borrowing and return machine by yourself. or use it through the information center's website and for use in identifying oneself in using the information center services

Automatic borrowing system
Human Rights Information Center Implement a self-borrowing-returning system of information resources. (Self-Circulation System : SCIS) By using radio frequency technology (Radio Frequency Identification) System - RFID) is used to manage information resources. To enable service users to use the service of borrowing and returning information resources by themselves through the automatic borrowing and returning machine of the Human Rights Information Center.
